The staff here is super helpful and really knows their stuff! 💁‍♂️

The kitchenette was empty the size of room appeared bigger in pictures online. Breakfast area too small and cold.

The location here is great, right in the center of Jackson, and it's convenient to have a Chili's just 300 feet away for evenings out.

Location right by restaurants, shopping and freeway and resturants.

Convenient location - the airport is just 9 miles away from here, so it's easy to get in and out quickly 🛫.

kitchen was very clean

the single sofa chair was missing, there should always be a sofa chair near the window as it always has been

Convenient location with free parking! Just a quick 5-minute walk to Chili's for some great drinks 🍹.

The room is very comfortable, and very good location for eating out by walking distance. It's easy access to the Beach too.

I stayed at this hotel maybe more than 10 times. It used be much cleaner than now, and i find cockroach every time i stay in these couple years.

requested an handicap room in original booking and when arrived at the hotel and check in, went to room and found that it was not a handicapped room , went back to desk to find out why they did not know .typical snafu the original clerk didn't catch it and by the time I went back that room was gone . I was told that they would mark my bill down 30% because of the snafu. I've just gotten home and check my card , it was charge the full amount. It looks like I'm going to be on the phone with them to clear this up

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and room comfort were greatly improved compared to our previous visits. The staff, especially the friendly and professional hotel manager Rodger, made us feel welcome and taken care of. We appreciated the fresh fruit available for breakfast, although it's best to get there early in the morning to grab some. The location of the hotel in a quiet environment was also a plus. Additionally, we found the convenience and size of the room and bathroom to be excellent.

Everything was good, the hotel was recently refurbished and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Also, location was marvellous and decent, at a medium distance from Larwin Park. Visited few places in the center, around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.
